This document sets out all the conditions, rights, and responsibilities for using the mcb77 platform — please read it carefully.

mcb77 (referred to hereafter as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment and betting service operated specifically for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and mcb77.

By registering on or continuing to use our platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are to be interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law and practice. Any translation of the Terms is for informational convenience only — the original Bengali version is final.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

An active account is required to play games or place bets on mcb77. At the time of registration you must provide the following information accurately:

2.2 One Account Policy

Age Verification and Eligibility

The mcb77 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration or any financial transactions by minors are strictly prohibited.

mcb77 may request documents for age verification at any time, such as:

  • National ID Card (NID)
  • Birth Registration Certificate
  • Passport

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted. In addition, users from regions where legal restrictions apply will be considered ineligible to use the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You must use a payment method registered in your name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

mcb77 strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious transactions are identified, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and the account may be placed under investigation immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — see the offers page for details.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • mcb77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
  • VIP cashback benefits apply on a weekly basis and vary by tier.

5.3 VIP Program

The mcb77 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits increase progressively at each tier. Tier changes depend on gaming activity and regularity.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If an unusual result occurs in any game or event due to a technical error, mcb77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination if detected:

  • Bonus hunting or arbitrage betting
  • Use of automated software or bots
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account
  • Fraud or any deceptive activity
  • Collusion or coordinated attempts to win

6.3 Technical Issues

mcb77 will not be held responsible if a bet or game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device problem. However, in the case of server-side errors, a resolution will be provided in accordance with the applicable policy.
